About Della Faye

As a published author and former radio show host, teaching by example, I lead
individuals and teams to set goals and achieve success by taking action.  Since the age of 9 I have
held audiences captive by sharing my stories and nightly dreams, which are often prophetic. My
mission is to inspire individuals and businesses to define their purpose and fulfill their dreams by
setting goals and taking action.  My motto is from the Bible:  “I can do all things through Christ
which strengthens me.”  Life is about applying what we know, and we should never cease studying
and learning.  My favorite quotation is Jim Rohn’s quote, “Formal education will make you a living,
self-education will make you a fortune.”

I am a passionate motivational speaker, facilitator, performance improvement coach and trainer.
Over the years I have taught technical and soft skills to youth and adults, facilitated workshops and
delivered inspirational messages to thousands. I am a certified Ziglar keynote speaker and trainer. I
enjoy speaking, teaching, focusing on personal growth and improvement, plus more.  I inspire
others to follow their dreams and to begin right now, right where they are, living and taking action
now—the present moment is all we have.

I help businesses and individuals rev-up their goals to produce extraordinary results by using my
strong business background and leadership experience. My skills were honed over three decades as
I worked and learned in Corporate America, operated my own business, served as an advisor to
start-up companies, served as a volunteer and spokesperson for the Dare to Dream Children’s
Foundation, and trained inner city youth for the John C. Ford Program.

Life is about choices, experiences, and lessons; pretty much like taking courses in school.  We are
tested and if we past the test it is an indication that we have learned the lesson.  When we make
mistakes or fail at things, it does not mean that we are a failure.  We must pick up the pieces, take
what we were given, and go forward on the path set before us.

At the age of 15 I delivered a baby and before graduating from high school I was the mother of
three boys.  Still, I managed to graduate on time.  We really can do ALL things through Christ who
strengthens us.  I believe there is a master plan for us and if we allow Him, God will guide our path.
 We must realize that life is full of challenges and lessons. We are all students in many areas yet also
teachers in other areas.

I use my own personal experiences to connect with people.  I do not succumb to people’s pity
party.  Instead I encourage people to have hope, set goals, recognize their potential, PRAY, and take
action.  I strongly believe that our obedience will lead to extraordinary results.  All things are
possible if we never give up, but always try just one more time to accomplish our dreams and goals.

Remember to “Live each day as if it is your last because one of these days you will be right”.
